Day 12 Blackberry Picking

Builders on another job today, so a quick call to the Extreme Housewife and Laura Hadland came to give me a hand in the vineyard. We spent most of the day picking the vineyard’s blackberries to make blackberry wine. The chickens were delighted to help as they have been decidedly tiddled off at being confined to their run while the building work is in progress. They explored the side paddock scratching in the ruts left by the dumper truck. Happy chickens.
