Refunds for tour & tasting tickets
Once payment has been processed for your order, no tickets can be refunded or exchanged for a different date/time. Please treat your tickets like any other event ticket in this regard. If you are unable to make the date of your tasting you are very welcome to pass it on to somebody else to use in your stead.
Should an event need to be cancelled for any reason (Covid restrictions for example) then we will firstly attempt to move guests to an alternate date and secondly offer refunds where this is not possible. Tour & tasting events will go ahead in all weathers.
